Having your vehicle cleaned regularly keeps it looking smart and newer for longer.  At DK Mobile Valeting & Detailing we aim to provide a service that's professional, friendly, honest and reliable.  We're fully aware of what your car means to you and we strive to maintain the highest professional service at all times.

If you haven't had your car cleaned regularly in the past, we recommend a full valet in the first instance to bring it up to a standard that can be maintained with an occasional mini valet.

WE VALUE HEALTH AND SAFETY!  The work area can be a hazardous place, with a mixture of electrical equipment, chemicals and water.  At DK Mobile Valeting & Detailing, health and safety issues are taken seriously and best practice is followed to ensure the wellbeing of all.

We cover Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Scottish Borders.  We have researched the best products and methods to ensure the best possible service for your vehicle.

All of our prices are based on a standard saloon/hatchback car.  If you drive a larger vehicle, please ask to confirm the price.

Mini Detail from £75

  • Select for Mini Detail

    • Pre-wash vehicle.
    • Wash and clean wheels using non acidic wheel cleaner.
    • Full exterior safe wash.
    • Dry and leather bodywork, door and boot shuts.
    • Remove ashtrays (clean and dry).
    • Dry-vac all seats, doors, carpets and mats.
    • Windows and mirrors cleaned.
    • Spray wax protection.
    • Tyres dressed.

    Duration: 3 - 4 hours, depending on vehicle size.

Full Detail from £150

  • Select for Full Detail

    As Mini Detail plus:

    • Paint decontamination.
    • 12 month paint protection.
    • Seats, mats, carpets wet vac. and steam.
    • Leather care.
    • Engine bay detail.

    Duration: 6-8 hours, depending on vehicle size.

Maintenance Package

    A maintenance service is available to customers who have had the Full Detail Service and would like to keep their vehicles with that new-car feeling!

    Winter Motoring from £120

    • Select for Winter Motoring Packages

      Scottish winters can be unforgiving, bringing harsh, wet weather.  Road salt corrodes metal surfaces and dulls your paintwork.


      Pre-wash/Snow foam.

      • Power wash arches and dress.
      • Apply wheel cleaner and clean wheels with separate bucket.
      • Clean tyres and dress.
      • Clean door sills.
      • Car hand washed with lamb’s wool mitt and two-bucket method.
      • Rinse and dry with microfibre cloths.
      • Full decontamination on bodywork.
      • Interior glass cleaned and polished.
      • Exterior glass cleaned and polished and sealant applied.
      • Wax applied to bodywork and door sills.
      • Plastics inside and outside cleaned and dressed.
      • Rain repellant added to windscreen and other glass

     Paint Enhancement

    • Select for Paint Enhancement

      This service removes most defects from paintwork, caused by incorrect washing techniques, bush-scuffs, oxidation and other factors. It's great for those who would like to enhance the gloss of the paintwork.  The interior will also receive a vacuum and wipe-down, as standard.


      Prices start from £300 per car, depending on the overall condition of paintwork and the vehicle itself.  Individual panels can also be treated.
